📋 Description

• Lead day-to-day administration and strategic implementation of total rewards programs • Advise business leaders on complex compensation-related matters • Analyze trends and industry best practices to recommend compensation strategies • Collaborate with HR Partners and internal P&P functions on annual programs and processes • Facilitate annual Compensation Review meetings with senior leaders • Develop employee and leader communication, engagement materials, and education strategies • Lead projects and programs across total rewards, internal P&P partners, and business leaders • Conduct job evaluations, analysis, and job pricing • Partner globally with regional compensation teams on compensation issues and special projects • Develop and maintain career architectures with HR Business Partners • Advise management on employment regulations, compensation policies, and processes

🎯 Requirements

• A minimum of 10 years experience in compensation partnering/advising • Strong understanding of compensation principles and practices • Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills • Strong interpersonal and communication skills • Experience supporting a Product and Engineering team within a SaaS environment preferred • Experience with Workday and executing annual rewards cycles strongly preferred • 6 month fixed term contract
