📋 Description

• Contribute to mobile applications to support financial crime workflows. • Build and maintain software to automate and improve Zepz's Financial Crime workflows, tooling, and systems for both brands. • Look after and improve our existing Anti-Money Laundering, and customer screening solutions. • Collaborate with other teams to help ensure that the products and features they are building aren’t enabling criminals.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience building and maintaining customer-facing mobile experiences (Ideally React Native) • Experience building and maintaining end to end mobile applications (Ideally React Native, Python/Java) • Code is: best practice compliant, well-tested, maintainable, scalable, and documented. • Experience developing cloud native services (Ideally AWS) • Good understanding of observability and metrics: Proficient with dashboards, alerting, and monitoring for operational excellence and business metrics. • Excellent at working with product/engineering and managing stakeholder expectations. • Pragmatic: Understands balancing 'perfect' with 'done' without compromising essentials. • Skilled at priority balancing: Communicates impact clearly when accepting or declining tasks. • Believe in diversity and inclusivity.
