📋 Description

• Execute and optimize multi-channel ABM campaigns across email, paid, and other channels. • Build and QA emails in MailChimp and ActiveCampaign, including layout, automation, and segmentation. • Develop and maintain audience segmentation strategies, targeting the right message to the right account and contact at the right time. • Design and manage customer nurture programs that deepen engagement across the funnel—from awareness through retention. • Launch and refine LinkedIn Ads — testing targeting, copy, and creative for performance. • Develop and optimize Unbounce landing pages for conversion. • Write, edit, and polish short-form copy for emails and ads (no agency handoffs). • Ensure accurate tracking and attribution (UTMs, lead source, Salesforce connections). • Manage campaign timelines, testing, and performance dashboards. • Maintain brand consistency while bringing in new ideas for speed and performance. • Report insights and learnings to the Senior Director of Marketing to inform future campaigns.

🎯 Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in demand generation, B2B growth, or campaign execution • Builder mindset: you thrive on launching and improving, not endless planning. • Detail-driven executor: equally comfortable building workflows and writing sharp, concise copy. • Collaborative and growth-minded: able to take high-level direction, learn quickly, and translate ideas into execution. • A strong eye for design: you don’t need to be a designer, but you know what looks good and feel confident working in Adobe/Canva to pull together high-conversion assets. • Strong proficiency in MailChimp, ActiveCampaign, Unbounce, LinkedIn Ads and marketing automation platforms (or similar tech stack). • Experience writing email and ad copy with clear, confident calls to action • Comfort with layout tools like Figma, Canva, or light HTML/CSS • Familiarity with marketing attribution and basic reporting (especially around SQLs and pipeline) • Self-sufficient, responsive, and excited to move fast without red tape
