• Work with all internal functional teams to achieve customer satisfaction • Support independent rep agencies with sales calls, information exchange, and product changeovers • Provide input to assist in planning and product forecasting • Responsible to create and execute sales forecast and budget • Provide market intelligence for pricing, market share, and aftermarket trends to maintain competitive market position and communicate pricing to customers • Responsible for prospecting and new account set up and customer order processing utilizing ERP system • Represent ZF at trade shows and related industry functions as needed • 50-75% travel required • Represent the needs of the customer in accordance with ZF company policies • Provide back-up within department and perform related tasks as needed • Assist in competitor product changeovers as needed
• BA/BS Degree required or equivalent experience • 3+ years customer service or sales experience required, automotive/mechanical aptitude and expertise helpful • Must possess effective presentation, communication (verbal and written) and organizational skills • Must be proficient in MS Office Suite.
