• Serve as Zillow’s expert and thought leader on offsite advertising trends and capabilities • Own the end-to-end ideation, evaluation, execution, and iteration of offsite ad products • Quantify and prioritize opportunities by business impact to develop and maintain a product roadmap • Collaborate with engineering, data science, sales, and product teams to support ad data collection and metrics reporting • Present offsite ad data trends and insights to senior leadership • Influence other product teams’ roadmaps to drive ad tests and optimize the core ad experience • Work closely with a highly motivated, cross-functional team in an agile environment • Communicate plans, status, and outcomes regularly with partners
• 5+ years of experience in product management or marketing with ad technology and/or ad buying experience of $30M+ • Hands-on experience building, integrating, or managing Ad Tech products for Social (Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn), CTV, OLV, and OOH technologies • Strong understanding of industry standards (e.g., OpenRTB, VAST) and the ad tech stack (supply-side and demand-side) • Experience with buy and sell side programmatic advertising platforms (e.g., DV360, The Trade Desk, Amazon DSP, Magnite, Criteo) and knowledge of deal structures • Proven track record of driving measurable improvements in ad performance through creative testing and iteration • Ability to define and prioritize product objectives using data aligned to business strategy • Excellent written communication skills, with experience creating high-quality product briefs and presentations • Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams and the ability to influence and resolve challenges
