📋 Description

• Leadership and development of colleagues in the area • Utilize solution coaching and business planning capabilities to maximize sales performance • Meet or exceed sales objectives via coaching of DSCs and DTSs • Develop annual strategic business plans for the territories • Coordinate resource allocation of marketing efforts in the area

🎯 Requirements

• Undergraduate degree (BS/BA) strongly preferred • Minimum of 3 years people leader/management experience • Technical Skills Success in previous roles including people leadership and problem solving • Excellent communication, interpersonal, business management, and computer skills • Ability to work in a cross-functional team-based environment • Animal Health experience and knowledge of small animal veterinary medicine preferred • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint) and ability to learn Zoetis systems.
