• Maintain strong relationships with leaders in the Building Product Manufacturer industry • Ensure that clients have a positive overall experience • Showcase products and lead online demonstrations • Educate clients on tools and features • Align client needs with the best solutions
🎯 Requirements
• B.S. or B.A. • 3-5+ years’ experience in customer success or similar customer facing role • Professional demeanor and organizational skills, a must • Excellent verbal communication skills, ability to build rapport quickly with clients • Strong technical skills and CRM experience required, preferably experience with Salesforce and Gainsight • Experience with or interest in learning about the housing industry, specifically new home development • Team player with a customer focused mindset • Willing to travel up to 25%
