📋 Description

• Work the most complex claims involving multiple causes of loss • Exercise judgement to determine liability by gathering and analyzing relevant facts • Analyze applicable coverage for claims and determine if losses fall within the coverage • Assist in training lower-level adjusters • Complete Quality Assurance type reviews • Handle claims on specialty crops as designated • Work claims of 508H crops • Collaborate with the national training team

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent • 4 or more years of experience in the agricultural or the crop insurance industry • Crop Adjuster Proficiency Program Certification (CAPP) must be obtained within 180 days of hire date • Personal transportation and travel within assigned territory • Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills • Strong organization and prioritization skills • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
