Beschreibung

• Own marketing strategy across 0x APIs and Matcha, including API adoption and Matcha consumer growth • Refine positioning, narratives, ICPs, and audience strategy for both brands • Expand 0x APIs’ appeal to fintechs, enterprises, and institutions • Guide brand evolution, creative direction, website direction, and consistent cross-channel presence • Build and scale marketing programs that drive growth • Partner with Sales to generate qualified API demand and provide content and sales materials • Lead the senior marketing team, set priorities, improve processes with AI, coach marketers, and manage cross-team requests • Produce positioning, launch plans, campaigns, and content directly • Own marketing performance and budget, track spend and ROI, and report marketing’s revenue contribution • Use Dune, DefiLlama, and internal analytics to analyze trends, competitors, and product adoption

🎯 Anforderungen

• 8+ years in marketing, including 3+ years leading a marketing function • Experience setting company-wide marketing strategy across multiple product lines • Experience shaping distinct positioning and narratives for different audiences • Experience marketing technical B2B products, ideally APIs or core infrastructure, and consumer products • Deep roots in crypto, including time at a crypto company • Uses DeFi products, follows CT, and understands DEXs, aggregators, liquidity providers, wallets, trading apps, and infrastructure such as 0x • Track record of building repeatable marketing programs that drove measurable business growth • Experience leading senior marketers as a player-coach and building a cohesive, focused team • Experience at a DEX, aggregator, or onchain trading infrastructure company (nice to have) • Strong overlap with U.S. working hours is required
