Beschreibung

• Own strategy and roadmap for an existing trading API product area or a net-new initiative • Form product ideas and decisions using customer feedback, onchain and internal data, and direct experience in DeFi and trading communities • Conduct customer check-ins, analyze customer metrics, understand pain points, and anticipate future needs • Analyze onchain and internal data to identify performance gaps, competitive shifts, and emerging opportunities • Partner with engineering leads to reason through difficult problems, evaluate tradeoffs, and determine what to build • Partner with go-to-market teams on positioning and adoption • Work directly with the CEO and leadership to shape product direction • Work alongside engineers from concept through launch as a hands-on individual contributor

🎯 Anforderungen

• 6+ years in product, or equivalent experience as a founder, GM, or trader who moved into building • Shipped B2B, API, or infrastructure products with real adoption and revenue • Data-driven; able to build Dune dashboards and analyze API performance and internal analytics in Grafana, Metabase, or similar • Technically fluent with routing, execution quality, latency, and related technical problems • DeFi-native experience with onchain trading, perpetuals, or DEX aggregation • Expert AI user; able to run agents, automate workflows, and build productivity tooling • Demonstrates the company core values: do the right thing, consistently ship, and focus on long-term impact • Able to attend annual in-person team offsites around the globe • Preferred: founded a company or was an early technology-startup builder • Preferred: CS background or former engineer who moved into product • Preferred: strong experience in EVM and/or Solana ecosystems • Preferred: experience mentoring or up-leveling other PMs • Preferred: strong understanding of financial markets
