Beschreibung

• Lead the analysis and review of product enhancement requests and oversee business requirements creation. • Serve as an internal and external escalation point for assigned products and applications. • Collaborate with Training, Operations, Information Technology, Administration, Finance, and other functional areas to define product objectives and goals. • Execute product strategies for assigned products and services with Velera departments. • Identify risks during feasibility and development, communicate issues to senior product management and leadership, and develop market test scenarios. • Develop product documentation, procedures, and training materials. • Report and update product and solution performance information to the strategic product manager. • Lead research, analyze required modifications and impacts, and communicate changes to affected areas. • Coordinate and present seminars and training for personnel, prospective clients, trade associations, current members, and other entities. • Conduct meetings, track progress, and communicate development status. • Participate in Velera-sponsored and industry events as needed. • Serve as primary liaison to Operational Support departments. • Provide backup support for other products and services. • Lead or participate in cross-functional teams developing and implementing new or enhanced products and services. • Oversee mandate and industry product impacts and partner with Marketing on communications. • Direct commercialization duties for maintenance, mandate, industry requirement, or vendor replacement products. • Maintain, lead, and respond to product-focused servicing ticket inquiries. • Perform other duties as assigned.

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience required. • Combined four (4) years of product management, technical product implementations, and/or business systems analysis supporting technical products experience required. • Experience with the financial, credit union industry and core or account processing required. • This role is currently not eligible for sponsorship. • Ability to meet applicable work authorization requirements as an E-Verify employer.
