Beschreibung

• Report to the digital director • Oversee product workflows from discovery through delivery of roadmapped projects and repairs of website and paywall bugs • Manage development products involving editorial and business teams and outside vendors • Lead daily and weekly stand-up meetings with the digital director and developers • Create, update, and organize Asana tickets to inform stakeholders of progress and identify potential development blocks • Ensure developers understand their priorities • Liaise between the digital director and editorial and publishing stakeholders on product-build status • Document developers’ monthly estimated and actual development hours for tickets • Create and maintain detailed product roadmaps for large projects • Coordinate daily deployments • Document and report daily site speed and other optimization details • Report the success of optimization touchpoints deployed on the website • Enforce protocol standards for visual and editorial modifications for marketing, outreach, and engagement projects • Communicate digital processes and progress in accessible terms and articulate priorities to stakeholders

🎯 Anforderungen

• At least two years’ experience with project and/or product management required • Media experience or background preferred • Demonstrated ability to communicate technical issues to nontechnical staff • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple short- and long-term projects simultaneously • Demonstrated ability to firmly enforce protocols across departments and outside vendors • Demonstrated ability to quickly respond to staff technical queries via Slack and Asana • Demonstrated ability to create clear agendas for meetings • Expert knowledge of Asana • Familiarity with and understanding of Google Analytics, Page Insights, and other analytical tools for web performance • Ability to obtain and interpret traffic analytics • Understanding of front- and back-end development processes and execution • Résumé and tailored cover letter required • Must be able to work with editorial, publishing, business, and outside-vendor stakeholders
