Beschreibung

• Process accounts payable: vendor invoices, payments, receipts • Handle accounts receivable: invoicing, payment monitoring, collections follow-up • Assist with payroll processing when required • Perform bank and account reconciliations regularly • Maintain accurate and organized digital financial documentation • Prepare financial summaries and weekly/monthly reports • Monitor and manage cash flow (track inflows/outflows to ensure operational funds) • Support month-end and year-end closing • Coordinate with operations for job costs, expenses, and payout verification • Ensure compliance with internal accounting standards

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA is a must) • Strong attention to detail and accuracy • Proficient in Excel and accounting systems such as QuickBooks or Xero • Strong English communication skills, and organizational skills • Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality. • At least 1–3 years of accounting experience preferred • Must be able to work during PST business hours.
