Beschreibung

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of client needs to develop individualized care and support plans • Facilitate access to medical, technical, and community resources to ensure the successful integration of 3DISC imaging technology • Collaborate effectively with dentists, lab technicians, and healthcare providers to troubleshoot and implement personalized care plans • Act as a dedicated advocate for clients, ensuring their technical and clinical feedback is incorporated into 3DISC’s service evolution • Maintain meticulous records of client interactions and case progress using internal case management software and Microsoft Office Suite • Monitor client outcomes to ensure the 3D imaging solutions meet the high standards of accuracy and performance expected in a clinical environment

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Nursing, Psychology, or a related clinical/healthcare field (Master’s degree preferred) • Minimum of 3 years of experience in case management or a related healthcare support role • Familiarity with healthcare systems; knowledge of digital dentistry or CAD/CAM workflows is a significant plus • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clinical populations • Ability to handle sensitive medical and confidential information with the utmost professionalism and discretion • Proficient in case management software and remote collaboration tools (Slack, Zoom, CRM)
