Beschreibung

• Senior Managers serve in an outward-facing, hands-on, and multi-faceted role combining project and engagement management, team leadership and material interaction with clients at both tactical and strategic levels. • Expect to spend considerable time on client-facing engagements through all project phases (pursuit to delivery), project management, and intensive data-analysis to implement impactful recommendations. • Revolve around overall practice development, mentorship of Coachees, and general project/organizational administrative tasks.

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a field related to this position or equivalent work experience • 6-10 years of experience with Oracle EPM Cloud implementations in a consulting role • 2-4 years of experience as a functional lead or technical specialist • Successfully delivered multiple end-to-end implementation projects in one or more of the following areas: Oracle EPM ARCS, FCCS, ePCM, and/or Planning • Experience with and ability to develop and grow others through effective coaching and leadership • Ability to provide industry insights and identify opportunities for value creation based on deep understanding of client challenges • Willingness to travel up to 50% as needed to work with client or other internal project teams
