Beschreibung

• Lead a high-performing team of SBA closing officers responsible for revenue performance • Manage borrowers through the loan process from closing to funding • Implement strategies to improve productivity, efficiency and profitability • Develop and implement closing processes, tools, tracking and process changes • Measure, track and adjust performance against efficiency metrics • Ensure business strategies comply with applicable policies, laws and regulations • Manage production and efficiencies while meeting credit and service quality levels • Build relationships with business partners to identify and implement productivity improvements • Participate in developing strategies, policies and practices • Recruit, coach, train, develop, retain and promote team members • Provide timely, candid and constructive performance feedback • Build talent pools and support succession planning • Recognize and reward employee accomplishments

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience • Experience leading high-performing teams in a fast-paced SBA lending environment • Deep working knowledge of SBA 7(a), 504 and Express loan programs • Ability to adapt quickly, manage teams through organizational change and build scalable closing processes • Proficiency in SBA SOP guidelines, equity injection verification, lien perfection including UCC and mortgages, third-party report reviews and SBA Form 1919 • Ability to manage teams to processes and results • Experience exceeding sales targets and implementing and managing processes in changing environments • Experience hiring top talent, promoting top performers and engaging team members • Experience collaborating with internal stakeholders to develop and implement programs and processes • Outstanding presentation, negotiation and closing skills, including ability to sell to decision-making levels • Experience making data-driven decisions while prioritizing deadlines • PC proficiency in Windows-based software, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint • Ability to work positively with senior leaders in a team environment • Ability to motivate teams, work independently, manage multiple projects, work under pressure and adapt to sudden changes • Prior experience in Sales, Finance, Commercial Real Estate, Practice Finance or Construction project management preferred • Prior experience with CRM software preferred
