Beschreibung

• Lead and manage people across the active data domain squads • Coach, motivate, and professionally develop direct reports and squad members • Conduct regular 1:1s, career development planning, performance reviews, and compensation cycle management • Build teamwork and cooperation within and across squads • Create a culture that supports failure, learning, skill growth, cross-training, and career development • Assess and improve squad health across the domain team portfolio • Remove organizational impediments limiting squad effectiveness or individual growth • Coach Analytics Engineers through the Data Visualization to Analytics Engineer upskilling arc • Own the skill assessment loop during early Realignment phases • Develop and maintain individual career paths across role disciplines • Partner with the Director, Data Solutions, Manager, Data Platform & Enablement, Program Manager, and Data Governance Lead • Align squad capacity, skill development, people health, standards adoption, prioritization, governance training, and delivery dependencies • Build relationships with IT, Product, and Operations leaders • Own staffing forecasting and lead hiring for domain squad roles • Contribute to staffing plans and budget processes • Improve team processes through lean solutions, AI-assisted workflows, and productivity tooling • Translate technical team dynamics and squad health into business-relevant language for leadership • Connect squad members to broader outcomes and motivate performance and skill advancement

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience • Experience in a technical team area such as data, analytics, software engineering, or similar • Demonstrated successful team leadership • Experience in a management role with direct people leadership responsibility • Proven ability to lead teams through change • Coaching and career-development posture across multiple disciplines • Technical breadth sufficient for credible participation in squad design conversations; technical depth is not required • Ability to partner cross-functionally with architecture, program management, and governance peers • Excellent judgment and trustworthiness • Proven ability to manage complex problems and identify root causes • Preferred: experience in a data, analytics, or platform organization • Preferred: experience with domain-squad, product-team, or agile operating models • Preferred: earlier-career technical individual contribution
