Beschreibung

• Lead large-scale professional services and customer adoption programs, ensuring timely, in-scope delivery aligned with business objectives • Oversee multiple project teams, manage resources, mitigate risks, and drive operational excellence across complex customer engagements • Serve as executive owner for high-impact customer projects, validating contractual, financial, and operational readiness before launch • Provide strategic oversight, proactive governance, and cross-functional collaboration for successful project delivery • Develop and execute customer success strategies to drive adoption, satisfaction, retention, and long-term partnerships • Resolve complex customer escalations and implement continuous improvement initiatives • Partner with Product Management, R&D, Sales, Marketing, Business Development, senior leadership, and other functions to influence product strategy • Leverage customer insights and success stories to strengthen market positioning and support business growth • Establish quality management standards and standardize best practices • Improve service delivery processes and manage financial performance through resource planning, cost management, and operational efficiency • Balance resources across clinical education, escalation, service, and sales support functions • Support customer education, escalation, service, and sales across multiple modalities throughout the product lifecycle

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience • 5+ years of experience in a technical, clinical, customer success, professional services, or sales environment • Minimum of 3+ years of leadership experience managing teams and customer-facing operations • Proven leadership managing large-scale professional services, customer success, implementation, or project delivery organizations • Experience leading multiple teams while delivering strategic business objectives in complex, customer-focused environments • Strong program and project management expertise, including complex customer implementations, resource planning, risk management, and executive stakeholder communication • Experience collaborating across engineering, product management, commercial, and operations teams highly preferred • Ability to build and maintain executive customer relationships through proactive engagement, customer advocacy, and strategic issue resolution • Proven success managing high-priority escalations while driving continuous improvement and customer satisfaction • Strong operational, financial, and people leadership skills • Experience managing budgets, profitability, resource utilization, performance metrics, talent development, succession planning, and high-performing teams • Excellent communication and influencing skills across global, matrixed organizations • Ability to meet the minimum physical, cognitive, and environmental requirements for the clinical position, with or without accommodation • Must have US work authorization; candidates requiring current or future visa sponsorship will not be considered • Must reside in or within commuting distance to Michigan, Indiana, Wisconsin, Illinois, Missouri, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Iowa, Kentucky, or Minnesota • Must reside in a city within the territory holding the majority of the customer base • Must be located within one hour's drive of a major, non-regional airport
