Beschreibung

• Build and maintain backend services and frontend features. • Design and implement APIs, integrations, and business workflows. • Work with asynchronous processing, queues, retries, and scheduled tasks. • Design reliable solutions across multiple services and databases. • Use AI tools to navigate complex codebases, accelerate development, and improve engineering workflows. • Own features end-to-end: analysis, implementation, testing, code review, and deployment. • Collaborate with the team on architecture decisions and continuous improvement.

🎯 Anforderungen

• Proven experience using AI coding assistants (Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or similar) as part of your daily development workflow. • Strong software engineering fundamentals: • architecture • API design • data modeling • asynchronous processing (queues, retries, idempotency) • testing and debugging • Professional experience with at least one modern backend ecosystem such as Python, Node.js, Go, Java, .NET, PHP, or similar. • Ability to quickly learn new technologies and become productive in unfamiliar codebases. • Experience working with SQL and NoSQL databases. • Strong Docker and Docker Compose skills. • Experience with Git, code reviews, and collaborative development workflows. • Ability to evaluate AI-generated code, validate solutions, and take ownership of technical decisions.
