Beschreibung

• Manage all aspects of construction projects from inception through final completion • Provide timely, concise, and transparent communications to operations and stakeholders • Direct general contractors, engineers, architects, and vendors to complete projects according to contract requirements • Coordinate with 7-Eleven’s Environmental consultant to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws • Assess project performance using safety, quality, cost, and schedule KPIs • Create project plans including charters, schedules, responsibility matrices, risk management plans, communication management plans, and stakeholder registers • Facilitate site surveys and due diligence; prepare scopes of work • Manage estimates, budgets, change orders, invoice reviews, and project closeout • Lead design reviews and obtain approvals • Lead permitting and assist negotiations with regulatory bodies and Authorities Having Jurisdiction • Direct bid management and recommend contractor selection • Provide field oversight from preconstruction through final inspections and occupancy • Develop equipment take-offs and place project-specific orders • Report project completion, turnover dates, actual costs, and cost forecasts • Ensure vendors meet duration and quality targets and correct under-performance • Oversee project deficiencies through timely completion • Promote a safety culture • Hand over projects after successful commissioning

🎯 Anforderungen

• Construction and project management experience • Bachelor's Degree • Alternatively, High School diploma/GED with equivalent experience or 4+ years of US military experience • Candidate must reside in or near Orlando, Florida • Willingness and ability to travel regionally up to 50%, with potential travel to North America locations • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds • Ability to sit, drive a vehicle, reach overhead, kneel/stoop/bend, stand, and walk • Operational experience in c-store, fueling, or quick service restaurant is an advantage • Understanding of accessibility and life safety laws is an advantage • Expertise in retail UST fueling systems is an advantage • Working knowledge of refrigeration, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems is an advantage • Additional certifications or applicable education are an advantage • Complete required company training and annual safety certification • Submit weekly timecards and monthly expense reports • Proactively manage project milestones and correct overdue dates within 7 days
