Beschreibung

• Build and deepen relationships at priority benefits consulting houses as WellTheory's primary contact for benefit consultants and account teams • Develop the consulting house engagement strategy, including firms and practices to prioritize, engagement methods, and content • Present WellTheory's model and outcomes data to consultants and practice leads • Represent WellTheory at industry events where consultants gather • Partner with Marketing to create consultant-facing materials distinct from the employer-facing story • Keep the sales team and consultants connected with current, accurate WellTheory information for relevant clients • Bring consultant feedback, market direction, and partnership opportunities back to the team • Coordinate consultant dinners, lunch-and-learns, conference activities, and follow-up • Keep CRM records and deal progress documentation current • Report initially to the CEO, then to the Head of Commercial

🎯 Anforderungen

• 5–10+ years of experience in benefits consulting, consultant relations, or alliances at a digital health company • Deep knowledge of the benefits consulting world and consulting-firm structures • Experience building a category and educating markets about new care models • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Strong presentation and storytelling skills • Ability to craft effective emails and proposals • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment • Willingness to work hands-on and handle complex or small tasks • Consultative partnership approach • Creative, agile, proactive, resourceful, and comfortable making judgment calls • Strong organization and diligence in coordinating events and follow-up • Ability to keep CRM records and deal progress documentation current • Willingness to travel 50% on average, with some periods reaching 75% • Deep empathy for people living with autoimmune conditions • Beginner's mindset and willingness to learn • Persistent and resilient approach • Prior experience at a benefits consulting firm is a bonus • Experience selling at a best-in-class digital health company is a plus
