Beschreibung

• Oversee all aspects of multiple construction projects from inception to completion • Review project updates and progress reports and monitor safety, quality, cost, and schedule KPIs • Engage with internal senior leaders and operations, contractors, engineers, architects, vendors, and regulatory bodies • Provide timely, concise, and transparent stakeholder communications • Direct general contractors, engineers, architects, and vendors to complete projects and satisfy contract requirements • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws in cooperation with 7-Eleven's Environmental consultant • Create project plans, including project charter, schedule, responsibility matrix, risk management plan, communication management plan, and stakeholder register • Facilitate site surveys and due diligence; prepare scopes of work • Manage estimates, budget development, change orders, invoice review, and project closeout • Lead design reviews and obtain approvals • Lead permitting and assist with negotiations with regulatory bodies and AHJs • Direct bid management and recommend contractor selection • Provide field oversight from preconstruction through final inspections and occupancy • Develop site-specific equipment take-offs and orders • Report project completion percentage, turnover dates, actual costs, and cost forecasts • Address vendor under-performance and ensure correction of deficiencies • Cultivate a safety culture • Hand over projects after successful commissioning • Proactively manage project milestones and escalate time, cost, or quality impacts within 24 hours

🎯 Anforderungen

• Construction and project management experience • Bachelor's Degree • Alternatively: High School diploma/GED with equivalent experience or 4 + years of US military experience • Operational experience in c-store, fueling, or quick service restaurant • Understanding of accessibility and life safety laws and how they apply • Expertise in installing and maintaining retail (UST) fueling systems • Working knowledge of refrigeration equipment, electrical, plumbing and HVAC systems • Additional certifications or education applicable to this role • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds • Ability to drive a vehicle • Complete required Company Trainings within assigned timeline • Complete annual safety certification • Timecard completed on weekly basis, EOD Sunday • Expense reports submitted by EOM • All work contracted in alignment with 7-Eleven Contract Policy
