Beschreibung

• Oversee delivery for the Workday HCM team, ensuring successful implementation and post-production support • Serve as a hands-on functional lead Workday consultant across multiple client engagements • Manage up to 10 direct reports • Provide guidance throughout client requirements analysis, design, configuration, and prototyping • Assist clients with testing and go-live activities • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert for multiple SKUs • Support Sales with sales presentations, demos, and LOEs • Support clients during annual Talent/Performance, Merit, Open Enrollment, and ACA events • Maintain strong client relationships through trust and exceptional service • Collaborate with Engagement Managers and cross-functional teams on project status, communication, and delivery • Stay current on industry trends, Workday enhancements, and best practices • Leverage AI and emerging technologies to improve efficiency, delivery, and client outcomes • Assign and prioritize Jira tickets based on utilization and workload • Maintain forecasting and provide team utilization updates during weekly operations meetings • Conduct regular 1:1 meetings, provide guidance and support, and support career development • Participate in annual performance reviews • Participate in hiring by collaborating on job requirements, reviewing candidates, conducting technical interviews, providing feedback, and leading onboarding training

🎯 Anforderungen

• Previous supervisory experience is highly preferred • Minimum of five years of experience as a Workday HCM lead/partner consultant at a partner firm is required • Experience independently leading at least two Workday Phase 1 implementations and two Workday Phase X implementations • Experience implementing Workday for Higher Education and/or State and Local Government clients is preferred • Workday HCM certification with implementer access is required • At least 2 additional Workday certifications required from: Core Compensation, Advanced Compensation, Benefits, Talent/Performance, Recruiting, Learning, PEX • Workday Partner certifications must remain in Active status throughout employment with ERPA • Strong organizational skills; ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Detailed understanding of Workday HCM processes and best practices • Ability to work independently and in a team environment • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis • Applicants requiring employment visa sponsorship now or in the future will not be considered • Successful completion of pre-employment drug screen and background investigation, which may include reference checks, criminal background investigation, and applicable licensing verification
