Beschreibung

• Lead end-to-end project delivery from intake through production support • Manage project scope, timelines, resources, risks, dependencies, governance, and executive reporting • Serve as Scrum Master and Agile delivery leader • Facilitate Agile ceremonies, remove impediments, optimize team performance, and coach stakeholders • Lead delivery of Salesforce Agentforce and AI-enabled solutions • Partner with business and technical teams to translate requirements into secure, scalable, and measurable outcomes • Drive discovery and requirements refinement • Translate approved initiatives into prioritized epics, features, user stories, and actionable backlogs • Coordinate technical dependencies, integrations, environments, risks, and release activities • Coordinate testing, defect management, user acceptance, deployment readiness, and post-production validation • Build stakeholder relationships and provide executive communications • Facilitate decision-making and maintain transparency around delivery progress, risks, and priorities • Establish Agile governance and maintain delivery metrics and RAID tracking • Report on project health, milestones, risks, and business value • Drive continuous improvement through metrics, retrospectives, automation, and lessons learned • Provide leadership, guidance, and expert support for Business Transformation and IT-related projects • Define project objectives, requirements, impacts, alternatives, test strategies, and contingency plans • Lead complex analysis and evaluate solutions • Oversee project teams and tasks and coordinate resources • Communicate project status to management • Serve as liaison with internal and external stakeholders • Stay current with emerging technologies and assess workflows and user needs for technology improvements

🎯 Anforderungen

• High school diploma or equivalent • Extensive project leadership experience • Experience with project/business planning and consulting • Experience participating in planning and implementation of corporate projects • Experience researching, identifying, and resolving moderately complex to complex business problems • Experience staffing and coordinating project teams • Experience analyzing and defining project resource and skill requirements • Experience controlling and resolving changes in scope, timing, costs, quality, and client satisfaction • Experience preparing cost proposals/justifications • AAA Branch and/or Home Office and/or Insurance experience • Proficiency with PC software applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Visio, and MS Project • Knowledge of project management tools such as GANTT, Pert charts, and Project Professional • Knowledge of measurement tools for monitoring goal achievement • Knowledge of problem identification and resolution techniques • Ability to analyze and summarize data • Knowledge of planning and control of workflow • Ability to achieve stated objectives within designated time frames • Ability to analyze, compile, and interpret data • High level of content expertise • Ability to evaluate complex systems/business processes and understand interdependencies • Excellent oral and written communication skills, including report preparation and presentation of major reports • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Operations Research, or related field preferred • PMP designation preferred • Ability to work Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm • Ability to pass background and drug screening if offered employment
