Beschreibung

• Support the Surveillance & Tactical Advanced Radar Solutions (STaRS) product area within Radio Frequency Solutions (RFS) • Perform cradle-to-grave contract administration, including proposal preparation, contract negotiation, contract administration, and contract closeout • Collaborate with Program Managers, Engineering, Finance, Supply Chain, and the PMO • Develop and respond to RFPs, contract negotiations, contract administration, non-disclosure agreements, and other business agreements • Manage CPFF, FFP, and DCS contract types • Work with local DCMA/DCAA on government contracts • Interface with customers regarding correspondence, contractual changes, and contractual issues • Investigate and resolve contractual matters • Provide advice and guidance on contractual rights, obligations, regulations, and policies/procedures • Advise or represent the organization on contract negotiation and administration matters • Advise management on contractual rights, obligations, and risk mitigation • Compile and analyze data and maintain historical records • Work autonomously with limited oversight and provide input or guidance to lower-level professionals • Multitask routine and complex contract and proposal activities while responding to unplanned requirements

🎯 Anforderungen

• U.S. citizenship is required • Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance • Active and existing DoD Secret security clearance required after day 1 • Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years’ experience • Experience with U.S. Government contracts under the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and/or Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplemental (DFARS) • Experience developing and maintaining high-performance relationships with internal and external stakeholders and customers preferred
