Beschreibung

• Serve as a strategic business partner to AAA-appointed Independent Agents • Provide consultative support to drive Life, Health, and Annuity sales growth • Identify new business opportunities and develop sales pipelines • Align ACG solutions with agency and client needs • Build trust and strong working relationships with Agency Principals • Optimize sales opportunities in agency books of business, including IA Principal Planning, Key Man, Succession, and Estate Planning • Prospect for new accounts through calls, mailings, referrals, networking, website inquiries, and seminars • Generate leads and referrals through agency book-of-business prospecting • Conduct regular Independent Agency visits and collaborate on marketing events • Quote Life and Annuity business on behalf of Independent Agencies • Manage cases and support IA Life Sales Goal Attainment • Track Salesforce data and provide requested information • Manage Independent Agency referrals and end-to-end workflow in Salesforce • Document service and sales activities in Salesforce • Follow ACG and AAA Life Company compliance guidelines • Provide minor training and important life updates to Independent Agents • Help ensure IA Life Insurance business is written according to compliance standards • Travel to various locations for meetings or community events • Keep management informed on sales and the disposition of agency-generated leads

🎯 Anforderungen

• High School Diploma or equivalent • Life and Health licenses required to sell products • Valid driver's license • Minimum of 2 years’ experience successfully soliciting and selling life insurance products to Independent Agency Clients • Experience selling intangible products • Exceptionally strong working knowledge of Life Insurance and Annuity products and services • Ability to analyze customer needs and recommend suitable products • Ability to communicate complex information clearly to prospective clients • Ability to prepare proposals and conduct closing interviews • Ability to assess customer insurance requirements consistent with company standards when writing policies • Ability to perform mathematical calculations to determine premiums and Life insurance and financial product values • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with Independent Agents • Prospecting and developing new sales opportunities and meeting production requirements • Strong communication skills with Agency Principals and their staff • Ability to articulate financial, tax, estate, and legal impacts of products • Strong organization, planning, time management, and administrative skills • Proficient writing skills for routine correspondence • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision • Good PC skills, including working knowledge of MS Office Suite • Ability to safely operate a motor vehicle • Ability and willingness to work irregular hours, including evenings and weekends • Preferred: college-level coursework • Preferred: LUTCF, CHFC, CFP, COU, or FSCP certification • Preferred: professional designations through the American College of Financial Services • Strong knowledge of ACG’s comprehensive product portfolio • Knowledge of ACG systems for policy sales and quoting
