Beschreibung

• Sell Globe Life insurance products to new and existing customers • Handle inbound calls and make follow-up calls • Provide consultative sales support to match customers with products that meet their needs • Close business and generate revenue for the company • Close new accounts primarily through telephone or email • Work assigned shifts with reliable and predictable attendance

🎯 Anforderungen

• High school diploma or equivalent • Sales, insurance, and/or call center experience is a plus • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment • Proficiency with technology, especially Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Adobe • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to speak clearly and have an excellent phone voice • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed • Confident and passionate • Organizational skills and ability to multitask while talking, using technology, and listening • Excellent work ethic • Reliable and predictable attendance for the assigned shift • Ability to work full time based on position specifications
