• support the overall business strategy by performing analysis to provide data informed decisions • formulate solutions and recommendations to complex business problems or processes • utilize insurance knowledge and analytic methods and technical skills to extract actionable insights to inform business strategy • provide valuable risk management recommendations • play a crucial role in shaping the data foundation and fostering a robust data focused culture • participate in and may lead large cross-functional projects • provide guidance, mentorship and training to develop lower-level associates, with accountability for team success.

🎯 Anforderungen

• 6+ years of directly related analytical experience in a related industry required • Bachelor's degree in mathematics, business, statistics, economics, computer science or equivalent combination of education and experience • Superior research, statistical, analytical, data processing and mathematical skills with ability to structure and conduct analyses • Ability to make effective formal presentations • Strong oral and written communication skills • Experience in Microsoft Office Suite, SQL, Visual Basic, data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau, and various structured analysis and design techniques • Knowledge of insurance, accounting and rate-making concepts • Strong ability to independently solve technical challenges by leveraging online resources • Ability to coach and mentor co-workers and give feedback as required by using effective interpersonal skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
