Beschreibung

• Act as a collaborative leader with customers, factories, engineering, operations, and executive leadership to achieve quality objectives and business goals. • Lead customer quality initiatives and serve as the primary quality contact for key customers. • Investigate customer complaints and coordinate timely corrective actions. • Manage quality performance metrics and customer scorecards. • Facilitate root cause analysis and continuous improvement projects. • Ensure compliance with customer and quality management system requirements. • Drive quality improvements across manufacturing, engineering, and supply chain functions. • Support audits, customer visits, and quality reviews. • Mentor quality teams and promote a customer-focused quality culture.

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering (or similar) strongly preferred. • 8+ years experience in electrical distribution or power systems required. • Customer Quality Management and Complaint Resolution. • Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Corrective & Preventive Actions (CAPA). • Supplier Quality Management and Quality Auditing. • Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA). • Continuous Improvement and Risk Management. • KPI Development, Performance Tracking, and Reporting. • Cross-Functional Leadership and Collaboration. • Customer Relationship Management. • Ability to travel upwards of 30% as needed. • Candidates must already have a work authorization that would permit them to work for ABB in the US.
