Beschreibung

• Own end-to-end case management for requests initiated by Front End Sales, Portal Administration, and other internal departments through Salesforce and shared inboxes • Manage supplier onboarding through vendor registration forms, complex client surveys, and portal setup across SAP Ariba, Coupa, Jaggaer, Oracle, GEP, and other platforms • Serve as Super User/Portal Administrator • Apply ABB corporate hierarchy and parent-subsidiary knowledge to distinguish legal entities and protect confidential organizational information • Monitor and action shared inboxes for portal administration, purchase order routing, and case management • Receive and resolve client inquiries through TalkDesk via the ELSE-Advisory Support Line, handling approximately 4–6 occasional calls per day • Maintain accurate and compliant supplier profiles across client procurement systems • Manage user access across administered platforms for Sales, Accounting, Contracts, Cyber, and Data teams • Identify and resolve access errors, registration conflicts, duplicate accounts, and purchase order or invoicing routing issues • Coordinate completion of client questionnaires and vendor surveys with HSE, Legal, Risk Management, Cyber/Data/Security, Integrity, and Sustainability subject matter experts • Coordinate insurance certificates and compliance documentation uploads to client portals, including Avetta and ISN • Collaborate across ELSE-Advisory Services and ABB divisions to resolve platform conflicts and improve supplier registration processes • Execute client policy acknowledgements and compliance confirmations when signature authorization is not required • Provide client-facing status updates and support Front End Sales on client calls • Maintain vendor registration documentation for historical tracking and audit readiness • Assist with ViewPoint user access, site creation, and region creation • Track request volume, trends, resolution patterns, risks, and process improvement opportunities; communicate findings to management

🎯 Anforderungen

• High School Diploma/GED required + Bachelor’s degree OR equivalent years of experience • 2+ years of experience in a similar Sales role • Good understanding of sales operations in electrification services • Good understanding of the customer’s problems needs and challenges as well as industry-specific knowledge preferred • Effective communication & interpersonal skills with great negotiation and influencing skills
