Beschreibung

• Lead technical and scientific support for diagnostic assays and systems across key customer accounts • Partner with Commercial, Quality, Service, Marketing, and Technical teams to address customer needs and resolve complex issues • Build relationships with customers and key opinion leaders • Support customer-focused initiatives, strategic projects, and commercial opportunities • Provide technical expertise for tenders, customer requests, and product performance discussions • Gather and communicate customer feedback to improve products, services, and customer experience • Develop strategies and action plans to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty • Monitor and report on KPIs and support continuous improvement efforts • Serve as a technical advisor and advocate for customer needs across the organization

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor's Degree in science, medicine or engineering • A minimum of 5–7 years of successful experience in a related quality, technical or operations Diagnostics discipline • Alternatively, a science qualification with 15 years of successful experience in a related quality, technical or operations Diagnostics discipline • Advanced Degree in Science (Ph.D.) preferred • Candidates near an Abbott Office location or willing to travel frequently for meetings on site • Customer-facing experience • Assay technical knowledge • Experience working directly with customers and cross-functional teams • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities, influence stakeholders, and drive results • Strong judgment, initiative, organizational skills, and customer-focused mindset • At least 4 years of experience in a similar division, company, or field • Willingness to travel up to 10% if needed, globally or locally • Strong technical and scientific expertise in diagnostics or related healthcare technologies
