Beschreibung

• Partner with Revenue and Cash Enhancement stakeholders and Epic delivery teams across Abbott Cancer Diagnostics • Translate business needs into scalable solutions within the Epic EHR • Gather business requirements and analyze problem spaces • Define user stories, acceptance criteria, and product requirements • Verify development work meets stakeholder requirements • Own product vision, roadmap, and backlog for Epic-based capabilities • Guide initiatives from intake and prioritization through implementation and delivery • Serve as a key voice of the customer for product-area stakeholders • Assess requests and recommend solutions using cost-benefit analysis and business strategy • Maintain gap analyses, process flow charts, decision tables, features, and business requirements documentation • Execute implementation plans and compose standard operating procedures • Participate in design reviews and walkthroughs • Track product performance and recommend continuous improvements • Define and monitor KPIs and product success metrics • Collaborate with Quality Engineering to define requirements, acceptance criteria, test plans, and test cases • Create and maintain product roadmaps • Communicate product strategy, roadmap, progress, updates, and releases to stakeholders • Manage stakeholder expectations and prioritize competing demands • Participate in squad ceremonies, review completed work, provide feedback, and accept work • Groom and prioritize the product backlog in alignment with product strategy and OKRs • Develop relationships with customers and business partners • Collaborate in a cross-cultural, complex matrixed environment • Mentor, coach, and provide technical guidance to junior team members • Support Abbott's Quality Management System policies and procedures • Maintain regular and reliable attendance • Uphold Abbott's mission and values

🎯 Anforderungen

• Associate's degree in field as outlined in the essential duties • 2+ years of relevant professional experience • Experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver products/services • Experience applying modern product management, product discovery, and product delivery techniques and methods • Expertise with product management platforms and tools • Ability to facilitate product vision, strategic roadmaps, and go-to-market strategy • Advanced problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills • Advanced business analysis skills, including process and user flow definition and business KPIs • Ability to translate complex requirements into epics, features, stories, and acceptance criteria • Some experience with A/B testing, user testing, user interviews, and conversion funnels • Experience engaging constructively with engineers, designers, researchers, SMEs, and company leaders • Ability to perform essential duties with or without accommodation • Currently authorized to work in the country where work will be performed; employment visa sponsorship unavailable • Preferred: experience optimizing and enhancing Epic EHR systems, preferably Professional Billing or Resolute • Preferred: at least one relevant Epic software application certification • Preferred: experience in life science, healthcare, bioinformatics, wellness, or digital health • Preferred: knowledge of Adobe Analytics, Tableau, Google Analytics, AB Tasty, Optimizely, MoEngage, Adobe XD, Figma, or Sketch
