Beschreibung

• Serve as a subject matter expert in Workday Financials modules • Address day-to-day production issues and participate in process design and module implementation projects • Provide on-demand support to accounting and finance teams during month-end and year-end close • Support strategic initiatives through requirements gathering, functionality research, testing, and implementation • Develop, optimize, and maintain Prism datasets, data sources, calculated fields, and dashboards • Research and document current and upcoming Workday capabilities • Partner with Finance and Accounting teams to translate business requirements into Workday reports, dashboards, integrations, and accounting rules • Maintain and enhance Workday Financials security roles and data governance • Drive reporting and analytics strategy using Prism and Workday reporting tools • Support module rollouts, system upgrades, and Workday releases through testing and validation • Provide end-user training, documentation, and support for Finance stakeholders • Support complex reporting and analytics requests

🎯 Anforderungen

• 4+ years of experience working with Workday Finance in an implementation/consulting/technical support role • 2+ years implementing or supporting Workday Prism and/or Accounting Center • Excellent communication, collaboration, and teamwork skills • Strong written skills for quality technical documentation • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience • Workday FIN Core and Workday Prism certification preferred • Full project lifecycle and Workday implementation experience preferred • Subject matter expertise in Financial Accounting, Business Assets, Bank & Settlement, and Expenses • Strong understanding of ERP systems, concepts, and module touch points • Understanding of Finance business processes and reporting • Ability to collect and assess business-user requirements for Workday configuration • Ability to learn Workday concepts as new features are released • Ability to prioritize workload and provide timely follow-up and resolution • Ability to multitask across multiple engagements and deliverables • Ability to monitor, troubleshoot, and debug Workday integrations • JIRA experience is a plus • Experience integrating billing and revenue from third-party systems is a plus
