Beschreibung

• Manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring that every engagement delivers tangible impact and strengthens long-term partnerships. • Expand client relationships by consistently providing value—not by pushing unnecessary sales, but by positioning the right solutions at the right time. • Coordinate large-scale leadership development initiatives, working closely with senior executives, facilitators, and internal teams to ensure flawless execution. • Collaborate with clients to design high-impact leadership programs that leverage our award-winning simulations and methodologies. • Act as a trusted strategic partner by working directly with HR and business leaders at some of the world’s most recognized organizations. • From event planning to marketing research, no task is too big or too small—every detail matters. • Approach every challenge with a solutions-first mindset, ensuring that obstacles become opportunities.

🎯 Anforderungen

• Experience within the Leadership & Development space is beneficial in building credibility with clients. • A background in consultative sales is extremely beneficial for success. • Project management experience is highly beneficial. • You prefer to be told what to do rather than take initiative. This role requires a self-starter who thrives on accountability and ownership. • You’re uncomfortable navigating ambiguity. Clients will have unique and evolving needs—there is no script to follow. • You see sales as a transaction rather than a partnership. Our approach is rooted in trust, not quick wins. • You avoid difficult conversations. Success in this role requires delivering hard truths with tact and confidence. • You struggle with feedback and iteration. Growth comes from learning, adjusting, and improving—both personally and professionally. • You need a rigid structure to be effective. This role demands adaptability, creative problem-solving, and flexibility in the face of changing priorities.
