Beschreibung

• Contribute to department and managed-client revenue goals through high-potential relationships and publisher optimization • Update department relationship and client-approved placement trackers • Serve as a subject matter expert in client verticals and partner relationships • Research and identify new, high-quality partnerships and opportunities using client needs, industry developments, and SimilarWeb • Conduct cold outreach and independently manage day-to-day communications with top publishers • Identify and execute optimization opportunities to drive revenue growth • Manage relationships with top publishers on behalf of clients • Manage budgets while maintaining a healthy return on investment • Participate in client kickoff and ongoing calls; understand client goals and KPIs • Create and own recruitment and paid-placement strategies, including negotiation, campaign setup, commission changes, outreach, and partner communications • Adapt strategies to changing circumstances and client goals • Pitch innovative partnership opportunities and address objections • Present data-driven partnership benefits to clients and publishers

🎯 Anforderungen

• Candidates must reside in the United States • Must hold a valid passport and be able to travel internationally • Fluency in Spanish is required • 4+ years business development or relevant work experience, including account management, contract negotiations, or marketing • Experience working in a sales or account management role with enterprise clients • Proven track record of reaching and exceeding goals • Experience in business development • Knowledge of the digital LATAM market • Performance marketing, particularly affiliate marketing, industry experience preferred • Effective communication and negotiation skills, with ability to push back without damaging relationships • Proven success in a goal-oriented, highly accountable, fast-paced environment • Comfortable leading client-facing presentations • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Fluency in Portuguese is a plus • Experience working from home and in corporate offices is a plus
