Beschreibung

• Scale US and Canada influencer affiliate program ROI • Manage a large group of influencer relationships at scale, including reviewing content and processing payments • Identify new influencer talent and recruit and onboard them into the program • Develop an editorial calendar and corresponding marketing briefs for evergreen and one-time campaigns in consultation with Comms and local country teams • Innovate strategies to drive growth and positive ROI • Partner with Global and country media teams to develop and amplify influencer creative into other growth channels, starting with paid social • Partner with the Global Senior Lead to innovate program tactics and channel capabilities, pilot them in-region and prepare them for global deployment • Own comprehensive weekly and monthly reporting of relevant program KPIs, including monthly budget management • Present updates, findings and recommendations to leadership and cross-functional partners through decks and in-person presentations • Collaborate with Comms, Paid Media, Product, Engineering, Data Science and Analytics stakeholders

🎯 Anforderungen

• 8+ years of influencer marketing experience within a consumer-facing, fast-paced ecommerce company or global consumer brand • Strong relationship management with a proven track record of scaling and managing a scaled influencer marketing program • Deep expertise in creative influencer and paid social strategies across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and Pinterest • Strong familiarity with platform functionality and best practices • Superb verbal and written communication skills • Comfort interpreting results and communicating insights effectively to stakeholders • Exceptional project management and organizational skills • Meticulous attention to detail • Ability to navigate ambiguous problems and processes and see the path forward • Strong fluency in financial metrics • Ability to create financial models and forecasts • Familiarity with influencer tools such as CreatorIQ, Impact and Sprinklr • Additional social media marketing and affiliate marketing experience is a plus • Must live in a state where Airbnb, Inc. has a registered entity
