Beschreibung

• Serve as a strategic consultant to the client and Artificial Intelligence Division • Provide expert counsel to client leadership on emerging AI technologies, capabilities, and industry trends • Assess and recommend infrastructure, tools, workforce requirements, and skill development strategies • Translate complex technical concepts into actionable strategic recommendations for senior leadership • Build consensus among technical, operational, and leadership stakeholders • Foster collaborative environments that drive innovation and strategic alignment • Facilitate communication between technical teams, acquisition professionals, and senior leadership • Engage with customers to drive mission requirements and implementation of technical solutions • Use AI-oriented programming languages and visualization software to create insights and dynamic reports • Apply AI model development, NLP, and ML knowledge to influence capability development, direction, and scaling • Visualize and interpret AI model outputs and findings through detailed reports and presentations • Lead development of dynamic dashboards and reports for monitoring AI systems • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support AI-driven decision-making

🎯 Anforderungen

• 5 years of experience in artificial intelligence, machine learning, data science, or a related field • Proficiency in AI-oriented programming languages such as Python and R • Proficiency in visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI • Extensive experience in AI model development, NLP, and ML techniques • Active Top Secret security clearance required • Ability to obtain SCI eligibility • Work authorization in the US without current or future visa sponsorship • Preferred: 10 years of experience with a Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field • Preferred: Master's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related discipline • Preferred: Experience with AI/ML model and data engineering and database management • Preferred: Advanced certifications in artificial intelligence, machine learning, or related fields • Preferred: Proficiency with data pipeline tools such as NiFi and Databricks
