Beschreibung

• Support the technical design, build, testing, and deployment of custom solutions within SAP HCM and Payroll • Review functional design specifications and translate them into detailed technical designs • Design, develop, and enhance SAP HCM custom objects using ABAP • Develop and support custom reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, forms, workflows, and other technical components • Collaborate with functional teams to clarify requirements and align technical designs with approved specifications • Perform technical/unit testing, code validation, and prepare solutions for functional testing • Troubleshoot and resolve defects during functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing • Provide remediation support through retesting and defect closure cycles • Develop and maintain technical design documents, development specifications, and testing artifacts • Support transport management, deployment activities, and production readiness • Collaborate with integration developers on connections to SAP or external systems • Leverage SAP CPI / SAP Integration Suite for integration-related custom solutions

🎯 Anforderungen

• 4+ years of SAP ABAP development experience • Experience developing custom solutions within SAP HCM and/or Payroll environments • Experience building and supporting reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, forms, workflows, and related custom components • Ability to interpret functional specifications and convert them into robust technical designs • Strong debugging and problem-resolution skills • Understanding of SAP HCM data structures, technical architecture, and integration points • Experience supporting development through all phases of testing and deployment • Strong communication and collaboration skills, especially when working with functional and integration teams • Must be a US Citizen • Eligible to obtain a Public Trust clearance • Work authorization that does not now or in the future require visa sponsorship in the United States
