Beschreibung

• Create and capture distinctive thumb-stopping content, including UGC, in-house content, edu-tainment, behind-the-scenes moments, trend-driven and reactive formats, CEO-led content, and real customer moments • Set and run social strategy for Acorns and Acorns Early aligned with broader marketing and business goals • Develop, manage, and execute a dynamic content calendar across priority channels • Source, scope, and manage external creators • Lead day-to-day community management and engage with the Acorns community • Collaborate with support partners on key topics, customer inquiries, and escalations • Grow Acorns’ organic social presence across Instagram and TikTok, with secondary focus on Reddit, YouTube, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms • Analyze and report on social performance, including engagement, audience growth, and content effectiveness • Own Acorns’ brand voice and visual presence across social content and captions • Track cultural, investing, fintech, and platform trends and integrate relevant opportunities • Report to the Sr. Director of Brand Marketing

🎯 Anforderungen

• 5–8+ years of hands-on experience creating content and managing social channels • End-to-end creator skills: concept, script, shoot, and edit content with speed, precision, and intention • Creative ideation across formats, platforms, and original concepts • Understanding of why social content performs, combining creator instincts with strategic thinking • Ability to independently identify opportunities and execute without perfect briefs • Cultural fluency and awareness of emerging trends • Empathy for the community and customers represented on social media • Passion for Acorns’ mission, vision, and values • Fintech knowledge is a plus, not a requirement • Experience with UGC, in-house content, edu-tainment, behind-the-scenes, trend-driven, reactive, CEO-led, and customer content is relevant to the role
