Beschreibung

• Support sales productivity and deal flow by discovering customer requirements and building solutions using core Acumatica software, ISV solutions, AI, and professional services • Design solutions that match customer budget and time constraints • Understand and articulate end-to-end business processes and supporting systems for small and midsized businesses • Work with sales teams to design and present end-to-end technical solutions, including software, system resources, professional services, and implementation targets • Demonstrate key solution aspects to prospects • Work with partners to close larger and more complex deals • Improve win ratios, minimize sales cycle time, and communicate customer objectives to implementation teams • Support internal resources at webinars, events, product rollouts, analyst meetings, and related activities • Become an ERP domain expert across modules and verticals including accounting, construction, wholesale distribution, retail, manufacturing, field service, and professional services • Lead consultative discovery processes focused on improving business processes • Gather customer operations, requirements, and challenges • Tailor environments and deliver product demonstrations aligned with customer business goals • Architect solutions with sales and services teams, including software, services, and project plans • Enable partners to tailor solutions for larger and more complex customers • Develop discovery guides, presentations, and videos for partner sales demonstrations • Create and deliver webinars, white papers, training, and blog articles • Meet assigned targets for profitable sales growth

🎯 Anforderungen

• 7+ years of experience demonstrating business management software solutions • Understand mid-sized business operations related to sales, ordering, shipping, invoicing, and reporting • Ability to listen, ask questions, identify customer issues, and solve ambiguous problems • Experience building project plans with goals, strategies, tactics, and timelines • Experience architecting solutions with multiple software products, resource constraints, and customizations • Excellent communication skills • Strong presentation skills • Experience speaking in public and instructing in a classroom or small group • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or business • Ability to travel 10%–20% of the time • MBA is a plus • CPA is a plus • Experience implementing ERP and CRM solutions is a plus • Experience working in a channel sales environment is a plus • Technical background is a plus
