Beschreibung

• Represent SHI as a trusted advisor in networking and network security • Perform implementation services including design, architecture analysis, deployment, troubleshooting, configuration, upgrades, migrations, and network engineering • Assist leadership with strategy and develop technical roadmaps for future networking and security services • Serve as technical lead and subject matter expert on customer projects and workshops • Collect, produce, and update deployment and design documentation • Develop, update, and improve Network & Security service offerings • Advise technical sales teams, assist with opportunity discovery, scope customer solutions and engagements, and support sales enablement • Assist sales and pre-sales teams in identifying and closing opportunities through customer meetings and presentations • Identify, develop, and document best practices and recommendations • Communicate findings and recommendations to technical and executive customer stakeholders • Promote SHI Network & Security service offerings across SHI and its partner community through webinars, meetups, and conferences • Develop reports, lessons learned, presentations, and supporting documentation • Stay current on technology, trends, and market behavior • Obtain applicable technical certifications as directed by professional development plans and leadership

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor's, Technical degree, or related work experience in Network Engineering, Computer Science, or related field • Minimum 5-7 years of technical experience with increasing responsibility • Minimum 3-5 years' experience consulting, designing, implementing, and integrating Cisco, Palo Alto, Juniper, and other networking technologies • Combined experience as Network Consultant, Operations, and Administration • Strong proficiency in cloud architecture using AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud • Solid understanding of microservices, APIs, and containerization with Docker and Kubernetes • Expertise in solution design across enterprise systems, integration platforms, and data layers • Strong background in system security, data privacy, and compliance • Experience with CI/CD pipelines, automation tools, and infrastructure-as-code frameworks • Proficiency in Agile and DevOps methodologies • Proficiency designing, implementing, and configuring Cisco, Palo Alto, and cloud networking and security solutions • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, business-oriented language • Excellent problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills • Available to travel to client sites upon reasonable request • Preferred certifications: Cisco CCNA, CCNP, CCIE, AWS/Azure cloud networking certifications, or Palo Alto PCNSE
