Beschreibung

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and Program Increment planning activities. • Serve as a servant leader and coach for Agile teams, helping remove impediments, promote collaboration, and encourage continuous improvement • Partner with Product Owners, Product Managers, Release Train Engineers, and stakeholders to ensure team priorities are clearly understood and aligned to program objectives • Help teams plan, track, and deliver committed work within each iteration and Program Increment • Identify risks, dependencies, blockers, and delivery challenges, escalating as appropriate to ensure timely resolution • Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, collaboration, and continuous learning within the team • Assist teams in managing work through Agile lifecycle tools such as Jira and Confluence • Develops effective user stories and related artifacts (e.g. business analysis, process flows, diagrams) • Enables cross-functional workflows and the iterative delivery of features and products • Responsible for collecting quantitative product data • Supports stakeholders by gathering product requirements and aligning requirements to business goals • Help teams balance delivery commitments with sustainable pace, technical excellence, and quality standards

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelors degree and 8 years of experience • Experience with JIRA and Confluence • Experience running Agile Ceremonies
