Beschreibung

• Hold overall accountability for contract delivery, quality, and stakeholder communication across all program workstreams. • Own product vision and strategy for the program -- the "what are we delivering"? • Ensure integration between technical and user research, customer needs, and contract scope; definition of clear outcomes; and alignment with customer mission and constraints. • Work closely with and across UX, research, accessibility, engineering, security. • Lead key delivery decisions, balancing impact, budget, staffing, and risk. • Champion new delivery approaches and emerging technologies, and guide internal prototypes into being repeatable, viable delivery methods. • Meet or exceed financial targets (margin, utilization, burn). • Keep staffing and team composition aligned with current and future needs. • Mentor and develop team members; model the technical program manager role for others. • Translate client needs, customer pain points, and user research into identified opportunities to grow our team and impact. • Manage contractual obligations and ensure all program activities are compliant, on time, and within budget.

🎯 Anforderungen

• 9+ years of relevant program management experience and a Bachelor's degree, or equivalent additional experience in lieu of a degree. • Demonstrated experience leading successful delivery across product, design, and technical domains. • Demonstrated comfort with ambiguity and invention including new models, clients, domains, and technologies. • 4+ years of experience managing technology service delivery projects in a public sector or commercial contracting environment. • Must meet federal suitability requirements and pass a background investigation as a condition of employment. • Demonstrated ability to manage all aspects of program performance including technical, contractual, and financial responsibilities across multiple concurrent workstreams. • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to lead through conflict and resolve issues while maintaining delivery momentum.
