Beschreibung

• Collaborate with wet lab scientists to design experiments and analyze historical and experimental data • Analyze DNA sequencing data to identify outliers, perform QC, create descriptive figures, and answer statistical questions • Lead statistical analysis design for IVD-level product and QC method development studies in accordance with CLSI and Design Control guidance • Write and contribute to study protocols, data analyses, and final reports • Facilitate consensus approval of development study protocols with technical stakeholders to meet business, CLIA/CAP, ISO, and FDA requirements • Use internal processes and tools for efficient document writing and lifecycle maintenance • Analyze NGS immunosequencing data and develop statistical methods for complex, large datasets • Present results to senior leadership, clinicians, executives, and other diverse audiences • Solve problems, communicate clearly, ask questions, and proactively eliminate bottlenecks • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Anforderungen

• Computational Biologist I: PhD, or MS/MA degree plus 8 years of relevant experience • Computational Biologist II: PhD plus 2+ years of experience, or MS/MA degree plus 10+ years of relevant experience • Senior Computational Biologist: PhD plus 5+ years of experience, or MS/MA degree plus 13+ years of relevant experience • Proficiency in at least one coding or scripting language such as Python or R, required for the Senior level and preferred at lower levels • Demonstrated ability to work on multidisciplinary teams • Experience presenting technical material to diverse or multidisciplinary audiences • Experience managing, manipulating, and interpreting large or complex datasets • Ability to recognize anomalous and inconsistent data points • Ability to consider outcomes when designing analyses and assimilate findings with related dependencies • Ability to communicate project and status updates independently • Experience delivering technical material at department or cross-functional meetings • Adaptive is not currently sponsoring candidates requiring work authorization support for this position
