Beschreibung

• Directly manage a small interface development team, including hiring, performance reviews, career development, and day-to-day technical direction • Own the design, build, and support of HL7 v2.x and FHIR-based integrations, including SMART on FHIR app authorization flows • Connect AHS, Praxis Health, and Interpath Laboratory systems with EMRs, clearinghouses, laboratory instruments, and external partners • Lead modernization of interface tooling and processes to reduce integration turnaround time • Champion AI-assisted development practices for mapping, validation, documentation, and testing while maintaining human review for PHI-related work • Partner with the Software Development Manager, clinical operations, and business stakeholders to prioritize interface work • Establish and maintain data-quality, security, and compliance standards consistent with HIPAA requirements • Perform computer operations, occasional errands, and work involving extended periods of sitting

🎯 Anforderungen

• 5+ years of .NET/C# development experience • 2+ years in a team lead, tech lead, or people-management capacity with direct reports • Direct, hands-on experience with HL7 v2.x messaging and clinical data exchange • Direct, hands-on experience with FHIR and SMART on FHIR, including app launch and authorization flows such as OAuth2/UDAP and CDS Hooks • Experience delivering software in a healthcare or other regulated industry • Comfort using AI-assisted development tools such as Claude and GitHub Copilot in daily work • Preferred: hands-on experience with InterSystems IRIS for Health • Experience with other engines or middleware such as Mirth Connect or Rhapsody, EMR/EHR integration, and BI/reporting tools such as SSRS and Power BI is valued
