Beschreibung

• The Proposal Analyst II is a critical role in supporting the proposal development process for AEP Perkins. • Ensures comprehensive support for Government Procurement proposal initiatives • Facilitates clear communication, document management, and adherence to timelines and RFP/RFI/RFQs solicitation requirements. • Oversees assigned RFP/RFI/RFQs schedules, writes assigned proposal content, submits assigned proposal responses. • Helps identify new leads through government competitive bidding efforts. • Adheres to the sales proposal processes to align efforts with solicitation guidelines and internal standards. • Plays a key role in ensuring alignment with solicitation requirements and enhancing the overall quality and efficiency of the sales proposal process.

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s degree ideally in Business, Marketing, Creative Writing, Communications, English, Journalism, or related. • Minimum of 10 years of experience in a related field, with a strong focus on the SLED (state, local, and education) government proposal management, project management, capture management, and/or government procurement/purchasing activities required. • Knowledge of the TPA (Third-Party Administrator) Flexible Spending Account (FSA) industry preferred. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage complex schedules and overlapping tasks. (Advanced) • Ability to prioritize competing demands effectively to meet deadlines while maintaining accuracy and quality. (Advanced) • Demonstrated project management experience in cross-functional environments, ideally with matrixed teams.
