Beschreibung

• Install software and hardware and execute performance analysis for DR and imaging solutions • Document DR/imaging service activities daily and maintain project issue lists • Provide feedback on technology performance, reliability, serviceability, service quality, and design issues to global support and R&D centers • Coordinate with the Project Manager to plan, execute, and finalize installations according to deadlines and budget • Receive product training from R&D and update underlying technology knowledge • Develop site diagrams, procedures, test plans, and other project or service documentation • Identify continuous improvement opportunities

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor's degree in a technology field or equivalent combination of education and relevant healthcare IT experience • 5 or more years of previous DR deployment and service work • Experience with electronic and electromechanical systems • Expert knowledge of DR installation and x-ray room networking and operating systems, including UNIX and Windows • Knowledge of Oracle and SQL databases, remote connectivity, security, and digital medical image processing • Previous DR installation and x-ray room experience; knowledge of Agfa software or similar industry software and ability to learn new technologies • Excellent computer skills, including MS Office, Lotus Notes, and internet-based knowledge management systems • Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills • Organizational and time-management skills • Experience adapting to change and managing priorities • Strong customer service skills with internal and external customers • Experience working in a global environment with remote locations and virtual teams • Understanding of technical services, product launch processes, and the healthcare environment • Must be eligible to travel overnight within the US and Canada • Must be eligible to apply for customer-initiated security clearances such as the US National Agency Check (NAC) • Ability to travel up to 80%, depending on geographic location and business needs
