Beschreibung

• Lead the IT Operations team and its lead, setting priorities and service levels • Own service desk performance, request and incident handling, and team member satisfaction • Own endpoint and device management, OS and software update policy • Own identity, SSO, access provisioning and offboarding, and automate joiner, mover and leaver processes • Act as accountable owner of the ERP platform, including configuration, workflow design and maintenance • Lead ERP vendor selection, if required, with stakeholders • Own ERP configuration for financial consolidation, budgeting, forecasting, master data and integrations • Manage the ERP implementation partner or systems integrator against scope, quality, timeline and budget • Establish ERP change control, testing, release and post-go-live support processes • Document system configuration, data flows and integration points • Own IT general controls, segregation of duties, monitoring and audit evidence • Own disaster recovery, backup and resilience for corporate systems • Partner with Security on access policy, device trust and approved or blocked software • Partner with the Data team on platforms, integrations and access controls • Set the approach to AI tools across corporate functions, including access and safe-use guardrails • Build the Enterprise Applications team by defining roles and hiring and developing leads • Define the roadmap and Buy/Hold/Sell decisions for additional corporate technology • Own vendor, licence and SaaS renewal management, tool consolidation, budget and headcount planning • Lead the transition from function-owned tools to centrally governed systems • Advise leadership on application strategy, cost and risk

🎯 Anforderungen

• Senior leadership of an IT or enterprise applications function in a scaling business, including managing managers • Led an ERP implementation from the owner’s side, including managing a systems integrator • Owned a business system end to end, including configuration, support and continuous improvement • Experience running IT operations, including service desk, endpoint and MDM, identity and SSO, in a SaaS-first estate • Experience building and operating IT controls, including ITGC, SoD and audit, in a finance-critical environment • Experience leading organisational change and moving functions to shared ownership models • Comfortable setting up processes, documentation and governance from scratch • Strong stakeholder management with finance, operations and other business functions • Strong commercial and vendor management skills • Strong communication skills translating technical configuration detail into business outcomes • Pragmatic approach to balancing compliance with team member experience • Hands-on experience configuring and administering a major ERP platform such as SAP, NetSuite, Dynamics 365 or Oracle is nice to have • Experience with ERP vendor selection processes is nice to have • Experience in ISO 27001, SOC 2 Type 2 or SOX environments is nice to have • Exposure to HRIS, CRM, collaboration, identity and access management applications is nice to have • Experience building or growing a small technology team is nice to have • Experience deploying AI tooling across corporate functions is nice to have • Experience leading remote or distributed teams is nice to have • Experience in a private equity-backed, high-growth or newly scaling business is nice to have
