Beschreibung

• Retain, grow, and optimize host entrepreneurs and rising hosts in the assigned territory • Manage professional host accounts and acquire high-quality inventory • Develop supply acquisition strategies and localized supply strategies • Build and manage partner relationships • Manage accounts to meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales goals • Analyze data and apply data-driven recommendations to identify strategic sales opportunities • Prospect and onboard new high-quality supply • Support clients with technical integrations of software partners • Represent Airbnb in external meetings and industry conferences • Educate clients about product changes and relay product and policy feedback to internal stakeholders • Hold optimization calls and business reviews with partners • Develop long-lasting partnerships and deep knowledge of local market trends • Provide timely service, including occasional in-person support and guidance while traveling to the market • Work cross-functionally with product, communications, public policy, and customer support teams

🎯 Anforderungen

• 6+ years of experience in new sales, account management, and partner support • Fluency in English required • 2+ years of tech or travel industry experience is a plus • Proven ability to work a leads pipeline and book of business • Proficient quantitative skills and ability to interpret and apply data • Ability to work strategically and tactically and execute in ambiguous environments • Proven cross-functional work experience • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Ability to communicate with clients by phone, email, and in person • Strong time management and prioritization skills • High proficiency with CRM software, including leads, opportunities, and core objects • Salesforce experience is a plus • Based in Mexico • Willingness to regularly travel to the assigned territory, typically once every quarter • Passion for Airbnb, travel, and the sharing economy • Being an Airbnb host is a plus
