• Ensure the health and expansion of hotel supply in the assigned territory • Manage individual hotel and chain accounts and acquire high-quality inventory • Build the Hotel category’s market presence in the assigned territory • Collaborate as the local in-market expert with cross-functional teams • Partner, strategize, and run daily operations directly with hotels • Ensure HotelTonight and Airbnb have the best inventory and deals available • Own hotel portfolio performance and success against OKRs • Secure inventory and implement strategic tactics for hotel and serviced apartment partners • Assess, analyze, and execute strategies to maximize market performance • Present to and provide exceptional service to hotel partners • Analyze local trends and market dynamics including pricing, seasonality, and booking patterns • Mentor colleagues and provide peer guidance on account management strategies and challenging problem solving • Sell to and build relationships with senior-level hotel executives • Advise hotel and serviced apartment partners on hospitality industry and revenue management best practices • Collaborate with Senior Market Managers, Regional Managers, and cross-functional partners on regional supply strategy and initiatives

🎯 Anforderungen

• 8+ years of experience in new sales, account management, and partner support • 2+ years of tech/travel industry experience is a plus • Ability to handle constantly changing priorities, projects, and deadlines • Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills • Ability to establish and influence relationships with senior-level hotel executives • Ability to operate as a player/coach and resource to Market Managers • Familiarity with leading complex and/or cross-functional projects from concept to inception • Capacity to balance day-to-day responsibilities with longer-term strategic execution • Proactivity and willingness to do whatever it takes to get the job done • Flexibility to travel 25% of the time • Must be based in Los Angeles, CA
